MMA Contender

MMA Contender: Fighting Game (“the app”, Android package com.unicorn.mmacontender) is published by Mindelara. This policy explains what the app does with data. Turkish users: see also the KVKK notice.
The app has no accounts and we run no servers for it. Your fighter, your career and your settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive them. The only data collected comes from the advertising partner described below.
The fighter you create (first and last name, nickname, country, look and kit colour), your career (record, rankings, money, training, coaches and camps) and your settings (language, graphics, sound). The name you give your fighter is a game name: it is used only inside the game, is never sent to us or anyone else, and you may use any name you like. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you delete the app or start a new career.
The tilt controls read the phone’s accelerometer and gyroscope on your device to move your fighter. These readings are used live and are neither stored nor sent anywhere.
The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob: optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch (to double a fight purse, for an extra training point or for a free training camp), and an occasional full-screen ad when you close the results of a fight night. There are never ads during a fight. AdMob may collect and use your device’s advertising ID, IP address (from which an approximate location can be derived), device and app information, ad interaction data and diagnostic data to serve, measure and personalise ads and to prevent fraud. Google is the controller of that data. See Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses data.
Your choices. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) is shown before any ad, and you can change your choice at any time from the game’s Settings → Privacy options. Everywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation in your phone’s Settings → Google → Ads (on some phones Settings → Privacy → Ads). Declining never affects how the game works. Ads are limited to a Teen (T) content rating.
Internet and network state (to load ads), advertising ID (used by the ads), vibration (feedback when you land or take a hit). The app does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files.
We do not ask for your email or any real-world identity. We do not sell your data. We do not run our own analytics in the app and we keep no copy of any data on servers.
The game shows combat-sports violence and is meant for teens and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
All game data is on your device: Settings → New career wipes your career, and deleting the app removes everything. To reset advertising data, delete or reset your advertising ID in your phone’s Settings → Google → Ads. Data held by Google can be managed at myaccount.google.com.
If this policy changes, the date above will be updated.
